"When I got there, entrance door was locked. I was waiting outside for someone coming in there for a couple of hours. I came in with someone living in that building then I have found out there’s no reception. I went to the travel information center for asking help. The lady working in that office called to the hotel operator for us. Hotel staff insisted that she sent me the instructions how to get in the hotel in that morning. "I got double charged twice on this property by Expedia and the owner! Nightmare experience Paid for it the minute I booked on Expedia. Then the owner demanded payment in cash before letting me in. No customer service from either party. Disappointing experience and would not recommend it"

"Stayed in double room with own bathroom Room furnishings and condition/quality above hostel average Room cleaned every day during stay! Very good situation: within walking distance: beach (5min), long-distance bus station (10min) and old town (15min). "The building holds the heat and without AC the only option is to open the window, this does not work as the street is exceptionally noisy with trucks buses and motorcycles. Also for the price, I expected it to be bigger, hot water that doesn’t run out, house keeping, or someone around to ask questions. We don’t normally complain either. Positives are it was reasonably clean and location was great."
