This house is minutes from Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, and Lake Powell. A southwest Utah nature preserve distinguished by Zion Canyon’s steep red cliffs. Zion Canyon Scenic Drive cuts through its main section, leading to forest trails along the Virgin River. At the Lodge you can hike to all 3 Emerald Pools, which have waterfalls and a hanging garden at the top. Just 2 Hours to Zion National Park my family goes to Zions year round. Bryce Canyon National Park, a sprawling reserve 2hr. 41 Min. to the southern Utah, is known for crimson-colored hoodoos, which are spire-shaped rock formations. The park’s main road leads past the expansive Bryce Amphitheater, a hoodoo-filled depression lying below the Rim Trail hiking path. It has overlooks at Sunrise Point, Sunset Point, Inspiration Point and Bryce Point. We have taken many people here and have also camped in the park. It s a hard hike up but awesome hiking down. The Grand Canyon National Park, North Rim also 2 hour away has its layered bands of red rock revealing millions of years of geological history. With wide views of the canyon and Colorado River, We love stopping at Jacob Lake Inn. located 45 miles from the North Rim of the Grand Canyon at the junction of Highway 67 and Highway 89. Highway 67 is the only way to or from the North Rim. So, once you’ve seen the Canyon, you have to drive right back to Jacob Lake Inn and Stop! The Best home made lunch and a must for the cookies!!
