"We had a great stay, with friendly and helpful hosts in this wonderful old casa surrounded by vineyards and gorgeous mountains. Our room was comfortable and there was a terrific sitting room with a view to the grape vines and vast open countryside. Amaya gave us lots of good advice for dining, visits, etc, and we enjoyed the friendly environment. There was plenty of parking, and wine tasting/hiking/dining adventures all nearby. We drove to Bilbao for a day--a bit of a longer trip than expected...

"La ubicación del hotel te obliga a circular por carreteras en pésimas condiciones durante bastantes kilómetros, lo que hace que no esté cerca de ningún punto de interés de la zona. Nuestra habitación tenía una cama supletoria montads que la hacía aún más pequeña, las paredes eran tan finas que escuchábamos absolutamente todo del resto de los huéspedes. Al llegar, ni siquiera nos explicaron nada acerca del uso de las zonas comunes o del desayuno. Nunca volvería a este sitio."

"This small hotel is just 1k off the Camino trial, Martin the owner will come and pick you up in his van at a time to suit you . I rang him when I got to Torres del Rio and he was with me in 5minutes. He took me back for a Pilgrims meal but will cook for you if you want. At Breakfast which he cooked and served we had the most amazing coffee. I would throughly recommend this traditional small hotel."
