"Lovely hotel. The staff were amazing. Really quiet location with clean functional rooms. Could really do with aircon. Had to open the windows and got eaten alive by mozzies. Embarrassing we didn’t know more spainsh made ordering food etc tricky but nice stay"
"The only thing I dislike was the noise. My room (113) was right above the adjoining restaurant, and we could hear the noise up to the closing time at midnight. Also, we could hear people in the hallway. Perhaps you may want to get a room in the next level. Otherwise this hotel was just perfect."
"We had a wonderful two day stay.
Great place. Very comfortable accommodation & very helpful staff.
The breakfasts were great & the evening meal we had there was amazing!"
"Convenient hotel in Santiago. Easy check in with excellent English speaking staff member. Comfy and quiet room easily walkable to centre of town. Parking not included and nearby car parks are usual Spanish town centre prices but that is just the way things are in Spain. Hotel can arrange parking if you book in advance though (we didn’t have the sense to!). Some friendly local bars and other shops close by. Enjoyable stay!"
"We are a family of 5 and stayed in the family suite. The rooms were excellent, perfect size, had A/C, and each had their own bathroom. The breakfast was robust- many options including eggs, cheeses, meats, baked goods, fruit, juices, and fresh coffee. The location is perfect!! Close to everything or a 9-min walk to the train station to explore. Totally recommend this place!"

"Very nice hotel near Santiago's attractions. Staff was very helpful with retrieving taxis throughout stay. Use of Keurig (only with an upgraded room apparently, otherwise there's coffee service in the lobby) was nice though we could have used a kettle as well (or in lieu of). The room was very well appointed with nice touches with two doors overlooking the garden. The small metal light next to bed runs very hot (I burnt my finger) so be careful not to touch it directly to move it around (there's a small metal attachment on the lamp I didn't see in time), but even still keep children completely away from it (imo). "beautiful Rural House , nice and clean but our room upstairs is too hot (my mistake didn’t look that they don’t have AC and TV) and noisy ( they have Party surrounding with loud music) otherwise very nice Hotel"
