"We stayed in deluxe rooms overlooking the square and they were really lovely. Air con was fantastic and much needed as the temperatures were mid 30’s! Beautiful building and location was perfect. Two minutes to boat taxi and around five minutes to St Mark’s square. Roof terrace was added bonus and the staff were so helpful. We would definitely return!"

"Expedia's listing presents a waterfront view in all photos, even when selecting basic rooms. This is false advertising. Hotel charges $77 euros for waterfront view. No where in Expedia's listing does is say that for a waterfront view, hotel charges a $77 supplement. So hotel gets blamed, when in fact its Expedia's add that is misleading."
