The utensils were difficult to locate as they were in a cleverly hidden slide drawer which required communication to locate. The tennent on the main floor was intolerant to the paranoids of an older stair structure and having to lift luggage up the flight (as there is no elevator). "No wifi, 5th floor no lift! Filthy, stinky towels they would not change so we had to buy new ones. Big rooms but very little furniture. Location ok, close to old town, railway station and shopping."
