"The staff of Aleesha Villas are its most valuable assets…always helpful, polite and friendly. It is only a short walk to the main area of Sanur but the property itself is in need of a great deal of improvement. It is shabby and run down and needs a lot of work to bring it to a level of other accommodation in the area. "

This villa was advertised as being near downtown Ubud, but in reality, it was located far out in the countryside, nowhere close to the city. This false advertisement caused a lot of inconvenience, especially since there was no taxi service available for pickup or transportation. "We enjoyed every moment of 6 day stay in this 2 bedroom villa. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Even when we arrived earlier than expected they gave us access to a smaller room to rest up until our room was ready . The room service menu options were delicious. The villa was beautiful!!!! "We recently stayed at Andaz Sanur for 4 nights as part of my birthday week celebrations. Absolutely loved this stunning resort, the staff who couldn't do enough for you and the dining options which were available onsite. They even organised a lovely birthday cake which was very unexpected 😁 What we didn't love was the harassment we received by the ladies on the boardwalk (outside the resort) anytime we wanted to go for a walk. Everytime they saw us they would beg us to have a look at their shop and they simply wouldn't take 'no' for an answer. In the end we were harassed to the point that we were forced to find another route to walk just to avoid them. Would definitely stay at Andaz again but in hindsight would steer clear of the boardwalk. "
