"This is a fabulous hotel and Spa. I had the King deluxe room and it was large and spacious with a balcony. The Sizzle on the shore buffet bbq gives a large range of food types with healthy options. The Spa however, is a must go treat for any travel. There is a gym and also an adult only infinite pool. Then also options for families with small children. You are right on the beach which is sandy. HIghly recommend the resort. "

"The resort is vast and a complimentary shuttle bus service is needed between locations. The facilities and staff are first class. I thoroughly enjoyed my week long stay in a Rainforest chalet. I saw lots of native wildlife whilst there. I would recommend this resort to anyone visiting Langkawi."

"A good property for the price. It has a lovely pool and well maintained gardens. Breakfast was good with many options available. Rooms, whilst comfortable, are looking somewhat tired and in need of renovation, particularly bathrooms. The new infinity pool requires payment to use and very few people bother. Seems such a waste for a beautiful facility to sit empty. They need to drop this charge or make it adults only. "

"Service was great. Room was great. Ocean view on the beach. Front exterior of th ehotel is somewhat offputting but once you enter there is a great freindly atmosphere and the staff really are attentive to you. Cookies and fruit in your room everyday. Bar was friendly and breakfast was included."

"Lovely stay and the staff were simply amazing. The room was so spacious, bed was amazing and so big and the cot for the baby was perfect. The room is up a flight of stairs and we had a pram-- staff were very helpful around helping us with bags and stairs. Hotel is near airport but can't hear anything which made the experience of a late flight in with a baby so much easier."

"Lovely place to relax, super food and super attentive and friendly staff nothing too much trouble The rooms are lovely, they are literally up in the rainforest so there are steps to climb but you only need to ask a staff member and they will take you up in the car. The hotel has a farm inland and do a visit with the hotel chef to look around and prepare a meal, well worth it! "

"The location is beautiful and understandable that it is in an ancient rainforest, however it doesn’t excuse the mould in some of the rooms or the hair that was clogging the sinks and showers. On arrival we decided to have lunch as they prepped our room, we found flies in our salads, not one but three. We had a 1.5 year old with us, so you can only imagine our shock when the room smelt of damp. They finally agreed to changing our room to only find more damp growing even on the pictures displayed...
