"I really didn’t love my stay here. I came with my mom and we spent 4 nights here. There was 0 opportunities to check in early even after communicating with the company that my flight was very early and I’d pay if needed. But getting in contact with this property was also a problem. They use whatsapp and first they transfer you to the main company I guess then they connect you with the property manager, which took like 30 minutes. They were nice enough to let us sit inside on a couch until...

"The apartment is very very nice. There is a full kitchen with the capability of making hot water for coffee in the morning and adequate plates pots pans to cook. The Host was extremely nice and allowed us to check in 2 hours early. The apartments are located central to all attractions in the area and everywhere is walkable. "

"Perfect location. 🙂 Great loft on two floors with free parking on the street (if you’re lucky to find a spot right in front of the door like we were), exterior pool (Wow!), complete kitchen and washing machine. What more can you ask for? And I’m not talking about the warm welcome we received from the owner (Diego), complete with several very relevant recommendations on restaurants and tours. A+"

"We had a horrible experience with this apartment. There's a major issue with the horrible smell in this apartment. It smells like open sewage. Unfortunately, we didn't check the listing for this same apartment on the competing website which had numerous negative comments about this smell also. Despite knowing this, the owner has never done anything about it. The owner had been communicating with us quickly via WhatsApp on other issues, but once we mentioned the smell, the owner quit...

"What an absolutely amazing view of the fireworks for São João and such an amazing view of the city. We were able to easily walk into Porto every single day and enjoy the beautiful banks that we were on also. We found ourselves consistently looking to see if we can find the property from the other bank and I just felt special when we did that. Incredibly clean, beautiful furniture, the host clearly loves what he does. I would be back here immediately!"

"Nous sommes content de l'espace de l’appartement et de sa situation dans la ville, la description est OK et l'appartement refait à neuf est plutôt joli. Mais nous avons des difficultés pendant notre séjour avec l’électricité. A notre arrivée (un samedi soir) nous avons lancé TV+Plaque+ Four faisant disjoncté le système de l'appartement. (Il faut en fait attendre une minute avec le disjoncteur éteint pour pouvoir relancer le tout). Nous n'avions aucune info sur la remise en route pas de contact...

The bathroom is the only one " small "room compared to the size of this appartement. There is a private park place ( free ) in the underground of the building. There is no lift . "The best hotel I have ever stayed in. The service by every single member of staff was exceptional. Genuinely could not do enough for you. From the wonderful lady who greeted us on check in ‘Enis’ We arrived late she rang the kitchen to stay open to get some foods and drinks. I recommend the 7 course tasting menu with wine every course better than the last. The room was spacious and comfortable. the spa was excellent and I had a beautiful treatment pool is small but perfectly adequate Everything about this hotel is top class. The owners obviously train their staff well. The breakfast was wonderful with a huge buffet selection and menu to order off. I can’t wait to visit again. "

"What’s can u say the hotel was great well worth the money walking distance from busy night life, breakfast was the best I’ve had over here. If you on a trip with a motorcycle they have parking but just outside is free park and there is a bank there where they have 24hr security walking. "

"Five Stars!! Clean, modern, spacious bathroom & sleeping area, beds comfy which is hard to find in Portugal, balcony and roof top view amazing, friendly staff. Location close enough to walk yet quiet for sleeping. Parking garage a plus in Porto. Will come back and stay again. Highly recommend. "
