"Atendimento excelente, hotel limpo, cafe da manhã ótimo, localização excelente.
Faltou secador de cabelo em um dos quartos e pegamos e tbm, por Poços ser um lugar mais frio, sugiro que os Ar sejam quente e frio. Mas isso não vai me impedir de retornar. Obrigada !"

" Eu e a esposa nos hospedamos no hotel San Santhiago, excelente recepção quem nós recebeu foi a Joice e a Elena , pessoas educadas, prestativas nos orientou até onde almoçar bem e barato, desde a recepção até o pessoal da limpeza muito educados, quarto estilo retrô muito limpos, sem falar do excelente e completo café da manhã , foi tão bom que ficamos mais um dia, recomendo "

"Hotel é bem localizado e limpo. Os funcionários são agradáveis e dispostos a ajudar. Café da manhã é bom. O quarto é grande mas é ruim. Tudo muito antigo, com pontos de mofo e ferrugem, chuveiro funcionou de forma precária e pingou a noite toda, porta do banheiro não fechava. "

"Extra charges for no reason by this hotel. I booked my stay with hotels.com, checked in and paid for my stay. Upon checkout the front desk said I owed additional amount which was over double that I already paid hotels.com! I almost missed my flight going back and forth with the front desk. It was a complete nightmare. This hotel obviously is running a scam on foreign tourists by trying to change the hotel price after check in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"

"Antes de ir li algumas críticas muito fortes sobre as condições do Hotel, mas como a reserva já estava feita, fomos mesmo assim. O hotel teve uma reforma a pouco tempo, mas me pareceu que faltou dinheiro para um aspirador. Tanto o piso do quarto como as áreas comuns tinham muita sujeira, o ralo do meu banheiro era puro cabelo, realmente não é boa a limpeza. Porém, cama confortável e um café da manhã que surpreendeu e muito. Alí é uma área limpa e bem caprichada. fomos com Pet e zero impecilhos...
"A anfitriã muito cordial. Os quartos bem grandes. Chuveiro ótimo. Nos quartos não há ar condicionado, porém não fez falta pois a instalação e rodeada de árvores e favorece o clima fresco e agradável. Eu e minha família gostamos muito."
