Use of spa ( not treatments) was a welcome bonus, but you need to be out by 10 am and return after 5pm if you are there for a few days if you have the bed and breakfast package only. Check in was very good, the room was brilliant in a great location. The only downside was the breakfast, plates were cold, the cooked food was cold and the bread for toast was very stale.

Great staff. Main room needed a vacuum in places (looked like popcorn under the bed and skirting) and underside of toilet seats need a scrub, but apart from that, its a cracking place I've recommended lt to our office for future staf stays
