The Executive Hotel

"Great location. Great staff, Carlos at the front desk was a gem and Melyssa at the buffet very accommodating. Hotel very clean & modern. Great & friendly staff. Very secure area, the police was out every night and day. This made us feel safe walking around. Lots of variety shops and restaurants and Casinos. The Metro station was like 3 minutes away, we took the train to Albrook Mall. I would truly stay with the Executive Hotel again. 😄"

"Solo traveler, 2 nights (July 2026). Perfect location on Plaza de la Catedral — everything in Casco Viejo is walkable from the door. My original room had one of the half-height windows (historic building quirk — they feel closed-in); the front desk moved me immediately to a ground-floor room with a private patio. Excellent service. The included breakfast buffet is outstanding and varied, plus complimentary welcome wine, lobby espresso, and a quiet rooftop pool with Cathedral views. Tip: request a full window and avoid plaza-facing rooms on weekends. Exceptional value — would stay again without hesitation."

"Room was well equipped with everything we needed including a fully stocked fridge with a variety of cold beverages and a coffee station. Food was very good. Staff was extremely pleasant and professional at all times. The bathroom in the guest room could use a deep clean especially the shower area. The resort is showing its age however Overall a very good experience."

"Debido al congreso en el Centro de Convenciones en Amador, el desayuno fue un caos total: demasiada gente! y no tenían capacidad para esta marea de personas que parecían plaga. No había mesa, no había platos, no había cubiertos, no había tazas ni para una taza de café. Poco a poco iban sancando lo que podían de la cocina, pero nada duraba más de 20 segundos antes que desapareciera frente de mis ojos. Recomiendo que si tienen un incremento en la cantidad de húespedes (y ellos lo saben con las reservas!), entonces, POR EL AMOR DE DIOS, prepárense en consecuencia y eviten esta improvisación. De noche, el restaurante cerró a las 10 PM y no alcanzamos a pedir para cenar por llegar algo tarde, y todo está lejos del hotel como para ir a comer algo."
