"Staff members were pleasant, professional, and helpful. We arrived early but were able to check-in early without an additional charge. Room was small, but listed as petite so that was expected. It was certainly adequate and toiletry items were of a nice quality. Coffee was provided in the lobby for free from 6am to 2pm, if I remember correctly. "Everything was excellent. Super convenient location. Staff very friendly and helpful. My only issue is the noise. Better sound insulation for interior and exterior is needed. You can hear everything from rooms across the room or next door, as well as from the street."
