"Outdoor common areas like the tables at seating outside the Wiki Shop were never cleaned. The pool areas also required more service. This is a very crowded property in a good location."

"Front desk was great, we showed up early and they stowed our baggage while we explored a little, then had it out as soon as they saw us back. The room smelled so fresh and clean, everything WAS clean, water pressure good, and everything worked as it should. The only slightly off thing was the little mini fridge/cooler didn't quite fit into the cabinet and so the cabinet door wouldn't close all the way, but it wasn't a hazard or anything and the mattress was so comfy!"

"It's a beautiful castle it's clean has a lot of pretty places to take pictures and hang out the issue was that I requested free breakfast and breakfast was $25 per person around. They charge parking $25 a night which I think that should be included since you're a guest, main elevators did not work. Staff workers are great help answer all of my questions love that it had a shadow to and from Park every 30 minutes."
