"I found the staff great and I really felt that the complimentary breakfast was excellent!!!! The complimentary bottles of water and the cold refill station was terrific. especially as the weather was HOT. Its also a innovative idea to find in a hotel. I was very satisified overall staying at the Hyatt!!"

"Staff - wow even the cleaner helped me find my room and I was on the wrong floor! The dinner/breakfast room service staff just lovely. The car valet young man who declined my offer of a tip but said “thanks for thinking to offer” - just great great staff at the heart of this place. Glad to be back there after a long flight home."
