Welcome to captivating surf views from this three bedroom and two bath house with a winning combination of a west facing deck for lazy summer days or dramatic winter days and an east facing deck located off the dining area where there are Adirondack chairs and a propane gas barbeque for you to use and enjoy while you take in the river views, wildlife, kayakers. This is an excellent area to sit and have your coffee and enjoy the sun rise in the morning.

The living room on the main level has a comfortable sectional and a cozy fireplace to stay warm while gazing out at the ocean and Haystack Rock. The kitchen and dining area sit slightly above the living room both with the same amazing ocean views.
One of the lower level bedrooms has a comfortable king bed with a Gel-Latex Mattress set and the other bedroom has two queen beds with French doors that lead you onto an east facing paver patio.
The upper level is where you will find the master bedroom featuring a queen Gel-Memory Foam mattress on a Head-Up adjustable base. This enables one to sit up in bed in the mornings and take in the beautiful waterfront views. There is also a large love seat perfect for slipping away and finally finishing that novel you’ve been reading. A private ocean view balcony is located off the master bedroom and a private master bath with a soaking tub.

The beach access is steep due to erosion from the ocean.

Pet fee is per pet, per stay. Multiple pets require multiple fees. Pets must please stay off the furniture and beds and never left alone inside the house or garage unless in a kennel. Pet limit is 2. No daily visitors allowed without management approval.
