Welcome to Goat with the Flow - the perfect home-away-from-home for relaxing and enjoying time with family and four-legged friends.

This charming three bedroom home is located in the South Farm District - just a 1 minute walk to the Sunrise Pool and Fitness Center! Goat with the Flow is stocked with everything to make your stay as productive and carefree as possible: two electric stand-up desks for working from home, a stand mixer, a Keurig machine, a Nespresso machine and smart TVs in every bedroom. The spacious kitchen is designed for comfort and ready for everything from a full holiday spread to an easy dinner for two.

Kitchen
The kitchen features all the bakeware you need to make your favorite recipes. Your omelet and pancakes will turn out perfect every morning with HexClad cookware. The kitchen is fully stocked with oil and spices, Kitchenaid mixer, blender, food processor, coffee grinder, toaster, drip coffee machine, kitchen scale, and immersion blender. 

Main Floor
When you’re not walking to Town Center for an ice cream cone, spending the afternoon at the beach, or hiking the miles of trails nearby, grab a board game from the built-in bench in the dining room and gather around the table for some friendly competition. In the living room, turn on the gas fireplace and connect to your favorite streaming platform on the 55” Smart TV. Grab a book or choose from a wide selection of DVDs and settle into the cozy, soft sectional and recharge after a full day of fresh air.

Just off the living room, the covered, gated front porch has a barbeque and an outdoor dining table for enjoying a grilled meal outdoors. Additionally, kids and four-legged family members can roam freely between the indoor and outdoor spaces and take in the sights and sounds of the forest from the fully-enclosed and covered outdoor space. 

For the Pup
A dog bed and dog crate are provided as well as 2 indoor and 2 outdoor dog bowls. Dogs had a little too much fun at the beach? Grab the dog shower hose from the deck box in the backyard and use the outdoor hot water spigot for a quick rinse.
The mud room features full size washer/dryer, beach towels, dog towels, and umbrellas.

Bedrooms
When it’s time to rest up after a busy day, head to one of Goat with the Flow’s three bedrooms and media room. All 8 guests have a variety of pillows to choose from to ensure a great night’s sleep. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor and features a comfortable king size memory foam bed, 50” Smart TV and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub for the full spa experience. Upstairs you will find a queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a memory foam queen size bed, vanity desk to read or work, and a 50” Smart TV. The third bedroom features 2 twin XL memory foam beds, adjustable height desk, and a 50” Smart TV. A third bathroom is located in the hallway just outside the twins room. The media room is equipped with 55” Smart TV, DVDs, video games, Xbox One, and a memory foam queen sleeper sofa. The media comfortably sleeps 2 adults and offers complete privacy when it’s time to relax. A cozy kids playroom is ideal for young beachgoers. The playroom is stocked with a train table, train set, and lots of interactive toys.

Backyard
When the stars come out, head out to the backyard for a soak in your own private 8 person hot tub or gather around the fire pit for s’mores and stories.

Deck box contains a dog wash hose, a collapsible wagon for going into town and the beach, and cornhole boards with bean bags.

A universal Level 2 EV charger with a 25’ cord is conveniently located in the driveway. Tesla drivers please remember to pack a J1772 adapter.
