Rules

If you do a fire in the firepit - please make sure the fire is extinguished before going to bed. There is a hose located directly behind the hot-tub
Keep all fires under control. Use the outdoor shower before using hot-tub. Fire damage or excess sand in hot tub will be owners' $responsibility.
We're not part of Seabrook Cottage Rentals. Our guests do not have access to the pool or gym. Be outside and enjoy the ocean and hot tub instead!
