"This property had the best view on the whole island! It was almost too good to be true. This is your sign to stop searching, and just book this place! You do need a jeep or truck with big tires to get to the property and you have to drive very slow for the last few minutes of the journey, but it’s totally worth it. All of the plants and flowers and fruit trees were so beautiful! The rooms are a little outdated, but still very accommodating. Everything that we needed was there. Camile and her husband live downstairs and also manage the property so are there if you need anything. They are wonderful people. We truly enjoyed talking with them everyday and appreciate the fresh fruit that she brought us. Hope we get the opportunity to return one day! "

"My adult son and I enjoyed the ohana unit’s location, condition and how well it was equipped for our stay. Jim was a gracious host. He welcomed us emphasizing he was available to help with anything we needed. An inside outside concept worked well. A studio for sleeping (2 beds), and a nice bathroom. A lanai for coffee, relaxing, breakfast while taking in the stunning blue water views. "

"Lovely restored home with lots of windows to enjoy the lush landscaping and ocean views.The landlord provides everything you need. Nearby Honokaa old town is lovely.My favorite part of the house was the peaceful location, the ocean breezes, the cleanliness of the home, and the stars at night. It was easy to get to Volcano national Park, state park hiking, beaches on the southwest side, and my favorite coffee shop in Waimea.Would love to visit each year!"

"The property is peaceful and beautiful, on lush grassy slopes overlooking the ocean, surrounded by orchards of tropical fruit trees. Randy is a wonderful and considerate host, always ready to give helpful info on the area, or to let you enjoy your privacy as you prefer.
