"Huswell management is just AI, and no use whatsoever when the toilet doesn't flush. AVOID anything managed by them. 3 days of messages, nothing. Also, information re the property is incorrect, garden area not maintained, lots of spaces not cleaned, bathroom smells of drains, and fairly dangerous set of stairs down to bathroom and toilet (narrow treads, and no railing)."
