"Kevin was a responsive host and helped us with the booking of a good catamaran tour. We liked the location of the property as it was close to areas with restaurants and beach clubs. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The downside of the location is the noise. The property is next to a bus station whose PA system can be heard inside the apartment. The building is also close to entertainment/bars that are loud late into the night. Finally, Kevin let me know that there is a limit to the electricity...

"We had a great time at the Mayan Breeze Villa. We had 14 family members staying, 6 were kids 14 and under and they had a great time in the pool. It was a great pool for our family. The inside was big and spacious, very comfortable. "

Great to have the filtered water system. Although we are walkers, stores may be somewhat further for some (at least 15-20 minutes at minimum) but taxis were always available.The kitchen was fully equipped and the house had an excellent BBQ. "Villa Eden is an extremely scenic view! Children ages were 8 to 11 years old, thoroughly enjoyed the pool, as did the adults. Everyone snorkeled off of the back, property deck which was wonderful. The two chefs with Sandra’s Kitchen were sheer luxury! Minor maintenance issues were slow shower drainage. The housekeeper, Genny, kept the house immaculate. Overall, we had a fun, family vacation at a beautiful house in Cozumel! "

I was never hungry! My concierge checked in with me regularly. She even would give me a menu of what was going on on the property daily. Just outstanding service. If you got lost, a staff member, any staff member, would walk you to your destination. It was a gorgeous resort. Swim up bar and swim up pool to our room was amazing! Food was top tier! Can’t wait to stay again! "
