"We were looking for a new travel experience, far away from the all inclusive packages. This hotel was a pearl not luxury, but well maintained. Well located, close to the playa del Carmen downtown, 1 minute walk to 5th avenue. New staff of the hotel was very kind. We didn't try the breakfast, because we wanted to enjoy the typical food at restaurants, so I don't have any comment on this. The roof pool was refreshing, specially after a full day walking at 5th av. Also, beach is a 10 minutes walk....

"If you are looking for a beach and are the type to get in the water, this probably isn't the place for you. There was however plenty of space to hang out on the sand, but no real entry into the water, due to boat docking."

"The rooftop pool area was a perfect way to relax and enjoy the sun and the view was beautiful. The staff were accommodating, some more friendly than others. The rooms were laid out nicely and the bed was incredibly comfortable. A short walk to the beach and several restaurants. A very quiet building and well maintained. I will stay again! "
