"Very nice motel. Bed was awesome. Two other senior couples in our group thought bed was very good too. Motel is old and it shows as pool and hot tub were drained and buildings are in need of repair. but comfort of room was great. Breakfast was advertised as continental but had much more than just pastries. Staff was very pleasant. Would definitely stay again."

"Pros Bed comfortable Pet friendly Close to town Air conditioning Cons US2 was right there perhaps 30 yds away Bathroom door broken, didn't close No staff on site apparently since motel is remotely run except for probably some cleaning person No seating Small room This is just an old style motel from the old days, but it was refurbished as much as could be. If I just wanted a place to sleep and planned to head out I wouldn't mind, but I had my wife and adult child as well as dog. I did appreciate that it was clean, but $50 for a dog was a little steep. I would recommend this for the sleep since beds were quite comfy, but it's not very big."

"Really nice presentation when we got there. The lawn was mowed, firewood available, clean cabin. Really peaceful back yard. Lake Brevort was beautiful, caught some nice Northern Pike on my kayak. Local hiking was great (try the Narnia trail over by Cedarville…so cool) mackinaw island of course was beautiful. We had 70’s and sunshine all week. Refreshing..,So Thankful!"
