"This motel is only a few years old and the rooms have been done up nicely. Super clean, comfortable beds, mini fridge, small coffeemaker, tv with streaming capabilities, bathroom with the sample size hygiene supplies, hairdryer, condiments and water bottles for your coffee, tv screen fireplace with heater plus an extra wall heater. I didn’t care for the geometric shapes on the wall as decor but that is just personal aesthetic preference and found out later that they help with soundproofing. Pizzas are great at the saloon which is located just feet away. Staffing at both places are so friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the town, shopping and dining. Short drive to the beach to watch the sunset. Great place to stay for our quick weekend getaway. We would definitely stay there again. Also it’s pet friendly 😊"

"We got one of the renovated rooms and it was beautiful and comfortable. The living room furntiure was definitely more for style than comfort but luckily we weren't there much. They need longer shower curtains. The curtain didn't cover the edge of the bath so we had to mop up tons of water after each shower."

"Simple on the outside, the rooms are pretty simple - but very well kept up and very clean! Comfortable beds, and it’s QUIET! The people running the place are the best people ever. They really care that you enjoy your stay and they know the area which is helpful. They were very accommodating and were there late for us to check in. The room we had was HUGE, if you need a room for a large group they have one that will comfortably sleep between 6-9 people. The flooring, kitchen, appliances - all new or new-ish. Perfect placement if you want to be in between Long Beach and Astoria. Will absolutely stay there again. "
