"We had a wonderful few days despite mixed weather. The cottage is very well equipped, cosy yet spacious with lovely bright bedrooms upstairs, the owners were kind and helpful and the location is lovely, great walks along the river and lovely open outlook. We hope to return soon!"

Das Haus befindet sich etwas abgelegen vom Dorf Skene und liegt absolut ruhig. In der Unterkunft auf ist alles, was man benötigt vorhanden. Lediglich die "Kaffeemaschine" verspricht mehr, es ist eine einfache Nespressomaschine, die oft einige Geduld erfordert... Aber in Schottland sollte man ja Tee trinken. "This was a great property for our family visit to Tarland/Aboyne. Bev was a great host and property was excellent. Lovely garden area, great furnishings and very well appointed."

"Beautiful quiet cottage to recharge and reflect. Very sad time for us due to bereavement but cottage helped to heal our souls. We all loved it even the dog. Mattresses were a bit hard for our backs and sofas a bit soft and low but would not deter us from coming back. Wood burner was excellent at keeping cottage cosy. 9/10"
