"A very neat hotel with free parking. Hotel room is clean and spacious. Bed is big enough for 2 adults. Our room can see clearly the Mt Fuji. There is a roof top terrace for perfect views of Mt Fuji as well. Staffs are friendly and helpful."

"We enjoyed our 1 night stay here. It was at first difficult to locate the lobby but we found it was inside a mall on the 2nd floor. Our check in and check out was seamless. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, they had a lot of different options."

"It was a clean and comfortable stay, conveniently located near the station and convenience stores, with friendly staff. You can ship your suitcase to the airport via the Kuroneko Yamato service inside the station, and the Tully's Coffee on the ground floor is a lovely space—this is also where you can pick up your complimentary breakfast."
