"Everything from check in to leaving was completely smooth. The gentleman at the check in counter was friendly and quick. "The room was comfortable and clean. I thought it it wasn't very well equipped for being a 4 star hotel. I paid £170, as a single guest and this did not include breakfast and there is no parking at the hotel. There was no iron in my room and I needed to prepare my clothing for work. There was also no phone in the room to contact reception to ask for an iron. I know air conditioning and a fridge is a luxury but an iron is basic.
