Luxury Beach House at Silver Strand

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom single-story beach cottage in the exclusive Silver Strand peninsula, close to the sand. With an open concept living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining space. This home comfortably sleeps 6. Enjoy life at the beach with restaurants and many water activities all within an easy walk of the property. Short 5 minute walk to the beach. Sunsets are legendary at Silver Strand!

Set behind a private fence, this recently renovated home has rare patios in both the front and back, doubling its entertaining space.

Inside the house, the main living area features a 50" flat screen TV, luxurious leather sofa & casual chairs. There is a dining/game table that seats 6.

A peninsula in the kitchen is a great spot for coffee or to set up a buffet. The kitchen is equipped with a 5 burner gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and a full sized refrigerator with ice maker. There is a coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, pots & pans and dinner service for 8.

Enjoy your morning coffee in the front yard, listening to the fountain and watching the birds play in the pond. There is no better napping spot than in the shade on the super comfortable chaise lounge. Stay warm and tell stories around the fire pit at night.

Bedrooms are equipped with high quality beds (1 king and 2 queen) (Tempurpedic mattresses with silky bamboo sheeting) as well as black out curtains and shades. Luxurious bathrooms, plus a gorgeous outdoor shower to rinse off after a surf.

When you're ready to go to the beach we have: boogie boards, a large cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, paddle boards (2) and surf boards (2). The surf is awesome, with large waves during the winter months.

Nicest VRBO we have ever rented!!!
First of all - Wow. Nicest VRBO ever. I mean EVER. We were so impressed with the comfort and beauty of this home. It was perfectly appointed in every way. We literally didn't find one thing we would do differently (well except one thing - see below). Either they had a very talented designer or they are designers themselves. From the floors to the finishes, the entire layout, the guitar and Cajon drum box, the gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms, the comfy mattresses and soft sheets, couches, chairs, blankets, the beautiful wood accessories and macrame plant holders, the book collection, the gorgeous front and back gardens and hang spaces, the outdoor toys to use at the beach (we used chairs, umbrella and sand toys but they have so much more - electric bikes, golf cart to rent, huge wagon for walking to the beach with equipment), the outdoor shower, the gold handled faucets and hooks to the lovely soaps and lotions in each bathroom - EVERY DETAIL made it feel like we were living inside Style magazine. 😄👏🏻 Gorgeous. And comfortable! One small easily fixed issue - the master bedroom didn't have heat. Maybe a space heater or wall unit can be installed. The owners were very attentive and helpful offering to bring a space heater (but my husband and I actually like to sleep cold so we told them not to bother). You cant go wrong with this house! And in a fun quiet beachy-vibes neighborhood. Perfection.

Beautiful beach/harbor home
The owners made all processes and communication easy when booking and traveling! This house was absolutely stunning. With its incredibly designed rooms, it was also extremely comfortable. From the beds, to couches to chairs. They provided tons of extra towels, blankets, paddle boards, beach gear…..basically anything you’d need! I would recommend this home to all my friends and family, and I hope to return in the near future! My friends and I are already planning our next stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home just a few minutes' walk from the beach, and a few minutes' drive away from pretty much anything you could need. The enclosed courtyard made it feel private and comfortable both inside and out.

The location to the beach was perfect! The owners made it seamless with access to a wagon to pull all the amazing gear provided including boogie boards, surf boards, chairs, umbrella, and coolers. We just showed up and we’re able to enjoy the surf, sand and sun!

House is awesome but host has issues
Ask for keys before arriving(host didn’t add it in the booking). Amazing house and location. It has everything you need! Very well maintained. Perfect for 6 people. The main problem was that host tried to blame us for missing things without checking the house properly and verifying. Also, We had to move few chairs to accommodate 6 people on dining table and living area but host was complaining a lot about moving furniture which is not fair(it was just a chair and a person needs it to sit on the dining table). Its very unprofessional when we are paying so much cleaning fee! This is not the first time i am renting a house!
