"The hotel is undergoing serious renovations such that the hallway is littered with furniture pieces yet to be assembled. To their credit, the room accommodation was clean and comfortable. But they were out of caffeinated coffee, the creamer cups curdled in the decaf coffee, the breakfast was meager (no eggs), and the lobby looks disheveled. Give it 6 more months."

"This is not just a place to get some sleep-it’s a history lesson you can sleep in! If you appreciate old architecture and the story behind it-this is the place for you! All of the usual hotel needs were available -comfortable rooms, large bathroom, comfy bed (except the pull out, but I knew what to expect…). It’s part museum, hotel and apartment building all in one! Take the guided tour if you have time-very informative! You can also tour on your own. Lovely place, interesting history!"

"I didn't like the fire alarm going off at 11am when you get in at 4 am and no warning what so ever! The manager lied and said they have no idea when the are coming to test the alarms I call bu You don't just test alarms that is poor management. Was only compensated 1 day when there mistake ruined 2 days! Never again unless management is replaced!"

"I recently stayed at Turning Stone and overall had a good experience. The property is very large and offers plenty of amenities and things to do. One challenge was finding the front desk from the parking garage—it was a bit confusing to navigate at first and better signage would have been helpful. During my stay, I also checked out the Ahsi Spa, which was a nice addition to the experience. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and the size of the resort provides a lot of options for guests to enjoy. Once I got oriented, everything went smoothly."
