"Overall the hotel's location was ideal. The is within walking distance to Aquatica and Sea World. The hotel is very convenient. We stayed in a junior suite which was spacious and offered a great view. The floors felt dirty as you walk around the room. "

"Easily accessible and friendly staff. Ice machines weren’t working on 3 floors I checked and bathrooms could have been cleaned better. But the rest of the area was well kept and staff was the best part! "

Laundry room on each floor make it very convenient and room was very clean and comfortable. Had a surprise of a hot tub inside hotel near fitness room. Really a good experience and I’ve already booked my next stay. I use many hotels and was pleasantly surprised about the cleanliness and the good shape the hotel is in. "

"Property was beautiful! Parking sucks! I came back late and had to park 5 buildings down and walk a mile to my room. Which was in the very back of the Property. Although i didn't mind walking. What there are some people who are in the middle between handicap and normal. In otherwords they should be able to get a handicap tag/sticker but well enough to not qualify for a handicap tag or sticker. Other than that i look forward to coming back a third time. "
