Excellent parking facillities and well served by public transport very nearby. Communication with owner was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here."

"We found the upstairs apartment to be just right for us, what more can I say. a) A view of the river from the apartment. b) Watching or the "newbies" trying to come along side and more their boats (which by the way is hilarious) c) A shop at the end of the road which sells everything you'll need. d. Oh ........ and I nearly forgot to mention, two pubs within easy reach ........ one winch is right next door ..... perfect."

"The location in the heart of Sheringham is perfect, a short walk to the high street with dedicated parking which is a bonus. The flat is comfortable, was clean & welcoming, shabby chic in style. Little extras like milk, coffee & biscuits were a nice touch. Communication with Angie before we arrived was great and we had all we needed for our short stay. There were just the two of us but the property would easily accommodate a family of 6 comfortably."

"We were very pleasantly surprised by the spacious apartment, good-sized bedrooms, lounge/diner, kitchen and bathroom. It was good being on the ground floor and the private parking space was very much appreciated. The outside private terrace was a bonus for my vaping wife. Great location only 5 minutes walk from the town centre and beach. "Rocky Bottoms" was fab. We'll be back."

"Nice apartment, beautifully decorated and fitted. Would certainly recommend. Only negative was the very slow Wi-Fi - and the qr code provided was ideal for connecting on the phone- but not quite so easy on the laptop or firestick - an analogue code would have helped . Fortunately we were able to access BT Wi-Fi at the location."

"Great apartment for a long weekend. In the centre of the town close to the shops, takeaways and a couple of pubs. John the owner is very helpful and friendly. Plus it has off road parking. "

"We stayed with daughter, son in law and granddaughter and it was perfect. We all had our own bathroom and plenty of room in the lounge area. 20 mins walk into village and fantastic farm shop. We went on the light railway from the village to Wells by Sea and back and granddaughter was so excited. We had a lovely chillout family week and can recommendthis cottage.."

"There was no form of heating in the property, and as it’s been very cold, we came home a day early. Also, we think that there should be a comment on the property details mentioning that there are 4 flights of stairs needed to reach the apartment, so not advisable for elderly people"

"Fabulous 3 night stay at this comfortable accommodation. Ideally placed for lovely walks to the beach and a short drive from Cromer. Wonderfully equipped kitchen, spacious downstairs area clean bedrooms. Would certainly recommend it. "
