Beach front apartment, in closed private condo (with 2 swimming pools)

Villa on the beach, with two private pools (kids & adult pool). Enjoy your holiday in a private cozy atmosphere with the beautiful beach less then 100 meters from the villa. Surfing, fishing, shopping, and great dining are some of the features you may enjoy. Sol Verde Casino is just a ten minute drive or train ride away. If you are planning to go sight seeing, Spain, Tui border is just 1h15m drive away. Cities like Braga, Guimaraes, Povoa de Varzim, Porto are all 40 minutes or less away from the villa, if you plan to visit the museums and beach along the coast going north. South of the villa you can enjoy the cities of Aveiro, historic Coimbra, Figueira da foz and many others all under 1hr drive away. Great location whether you just want to sit back and enjoy the sun or get out and visit other cities and near by attractions. Buses and trains are near by. Mini markets are with in 300 meters away.

There is a golf course less than 4 kms away in the city os Espinho.
Surfing school is available 300meters away.
Entertainment is available, many bars (2 right on the beach and one night club), casino 4 kms away, walks along the beach. Great variety of dinning from the traditional Portuguese to Italian.

Appartement de qualité, très bien équipé et confortable. Accès direct à la plage et très calme. La piscine est un vrai point positif! Proche des commodités et propriétaire très réactif. Je recommande vivement!

Superbes vacances

Nous avons passés 9 jours dans ce duplex. Cet appartement est super avec tout le confort nécessaire. La proximité de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants est un réel plus, pas besoin de prendre la voiture tous les jours !! Nous avons également apprécié le calme du quartier la nuit. Un endroit où nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir !!
