"The room was pretty large with a comfortable bed. You can walk from the airport through a hangar, never reaching the ground. We were leaving from Terminal 2, and we did not realize the internal airport train does not run until 5:30. There is a bus that comes to the hotel that will take you there starting at 4:20. The hotel should really set up some signs or give better instructions on where the bus will be, because the instructions given would have meat we missed our bus. "

"It was easy to book the accommodation at short notice; the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and accessible without physical contact. There’s no breakfast provided, but there are plenty of options nearby. The location is great too, with good links to public transport and a very quiet setting. All in all: very good."

"For the price it’s alright, for cheap one night stay before flying out of Heathrow it sufficed, for 3 of us it was a little cramped and take note the shower is in the room so if your not familiar with the people your staying with then look elsewhere or book separate. Bad points were it was warm, air con didn’t work, window opens a bit but being right on main road it was very noisy. "

"No Gym facilities. The toom had heating but it was a loud fan which was blowing air and what felt like dust circulating a closed room which only had the ventelation from windows which open to 25 degrees. Is this enough for ventilation? Having said this, its located in a safe area of west brompton being the nearest tube st. I never had any issues travelling back at 9pm - 10pm at night. Restaurant closes at 10pm, which was a shame. I had broccoli soup from here one evening which was lovely. I always had breakfast outside, there is a newrby cafe called Blanco and Egg break in Notting hill, 2 stoos away. Overall a lovely stay, if you dont mind being abit cold. Bed and pillows were super soft and comft, there was a traditional iron in my room. Bathroom was good, though shower pressure could have been abit better and toilet had no lid when flushing. Overall stay was pleasant."

"This is a nice modern hotel with lovely facilities, but badly let down by the technology not working (at least for the suite I was given). Despite turning the air on to the coldest possible setting in both rooms, the suite was incredibly hot. Not possible to open windows as they were locked shut. I got hardly any sleep as a result. The electronically-controlled shower was also hard to keep at any consistent temperature. The suite was huge and lovely but the main thing I really needed was a comfortable sleep"

"We just needed a room to recover from an overnight flight before driving home and we got a very good deal. It’s no frills as the name suggests but clean with a good shower and the basics needed for an overnight. Only one pillow each but I am sure if I asked there may have been more provided. Tea and coffee not in the room but again you can purchase a pack from the cafe and kettle and mugs provided in the room. The parking was easy and £14 for 24hours which is reasonable for airport hotel. Reception very friendly I asked for a hairdryer as none in the room but it was available in reception. We didn’t stay for breakfast as we wanted a cooked breakfast and we were too tired to eat the night before. "

"We stayed in london again for 11 days all the way from America. The only token of appreciation we got was 1 free breakfast after they text me asking about my experience half way through the trip. Then to make matters worst our family avoided room charges to avoid hidden fees so we paid up front for all charges. Dont you know the LHR location changed their billing system half way through the trip & ended up charging the room for all the charges we already paid up front. Money was taken from me & we already paid it all. The folio even shows where all the charges were already paid as we went along each day. The omelet chef at the restaurant gave me the nastiest looks when i went to order from her. She made me felt like I did not belong there. God forbid I ask her to put the cheese inside the omelette after it’s done cooking like it’s done at every other Hilton all over the world. I also had to beg for wash cloths. Also on my first night an american lady was in the lobby with her husband screaming, crying, & begging, because they ended up at wrong Hilton. The Address can be confusing! She was begging for a ride to the correct Hilton. The staff just stared at her & was like nope, you came to the wrong Address, that’s on you. Hilton, how about pick up the phone, confirm if she’s a customer & arrange a ride-share to the correct hotel? Tsa lines were 5 hours plus that day. Show some compassion & emotional intelligence Hilton! "
