"Customer service needs work. They seem to have an idea of what 5 stars looks like, but can't seem to execute it. Things were missing from the room (towels, hair dryer) and it took hours to get them. In 3 days our room was never cleaned, though we requested it several times and were assured "right away". No mini bar, no coffee maker or kettle. We moved to a different hotel for the remainder of our stay, and it ended up being cheaper and better."

"Breakfast is almost not existing, heating system broke at night & woke up on AC blowing cold air when the nights were 0 degrees! No hot water in the morning, electrical plugs falling off the walls. Hotel needs a serious renovation!"

"Nice clean, well run, economical ,four floors establishment. Just 10 minutes walk from the centre. Lots of cafes in the vicinity. Would certainly look to stay here again next time 😉"
