We enjoyed trips out and lazy days at the property, and cycling to the bakery in Andrest each morning to get our breakfast croissants. It is calm, peaceful and easy to find - exactly what we were looking for. Thank you."

They were very caring, making sure we receive top service and advised us on our plans. The cabins are very cute and cozy, and very clean with perfect views. "Had a lovely time here in the Madiran area. Made very welcome by Graham and Sue and their dog Hari. The house was well-equipped with lots of rooms when children and grand-children came to stay, and good wifi and television when the weather wasn't so good. The owners were always ready to help, guiding us to the best markets and restaurants. We would strongly recommend Maison Lajus."

"A unique and grand old villa with numerous unique features including a wonderful pool house where we did most of our socialising. Fitted to a high spec with lovely linen and comfortable beds. It is the first time that we felt a property was over equipped with the kitchen containing too many items arranged haphazardly making specific utensils sometimes difficult to find.
