Radisson RED Galway

"Beautiful and new property about a half hour walk from the center of Galway City (a 7-8 min cab ride). Breakfast is definitely plentiful with a lot of options. We purchased b’fast at 15 euro pp, was worth it. Dinner at the pub was not as good. We did the inclusive plan and there are limited menu choices, with only one that exceeds the per person price. Not a great option, and the food itself is just ok. On the brighter side, the rooms are lovely and the beds are super comfortable. There are only 2 small drawers so you have to hang everything up. Parking is free. Be sure to check on your car frequently if you don’t move it everyday. We discovered ours was hit in the parking lot and had deep scrapes down the side with missing paint. We hadn’t moved it the whole time we were at the hotel, so we didn’t find out till we left."

"Was a great location, but is right in the middle of the action so definitely loud at night. We didn't mind it, but if you are looking for go to bed early might not be the place for you. Staff were excellent"

"Room was nice and tidy. Had an issue with the shower head. It kept moving and spraying all over. Soaked the floor. There were some signs of mold in the grout, but overall good for one night. Breakfast was quite good with lots of choices."
