"It was a good experience for me and my wife. i was there for first time so nobody explain me the procedure of housekeeping service. The staff was quite good and helpful. Just want to say one thing that hotel should also accept early check-in when guest are requesting them."

We appreciated the staffs help and do recommend it for people who definitely visit Amsterdam and spend all day out. Cleanliness was satisfactory and if it wasnt for the one mug found dirty in the room when we checked in I would give it a 5 star."
