This spacious villa (130 m²) is located on a quiet island within Beach Resort Punt West, surrounded by water. You’ll enjoy direct access to the lake from your private jetty. The villa is designed for comfort, relaxation and outdoor living: sunbathe on the terrace, take a refreshing dip, or enjoy a quiet moment with a good book – all while sheltered by glass wind screens.

What makes this villa stand out is the combination of a glass conservatory and a private outdoor jacuzzi. The conservatory extends the living space toward the water and brings in lots of natural light, while the jacuzzi on the terrace offers extra relaxation – ideal for a weekend getaway or holiday in any season. The jacuzzi is available for an additional fee and is filled and heated 48 hours before arrival.

Inside, the villa is stylish and warmly furnished, with natural colours and plenty of light. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with an open kitchen equipped with all conveniences: hob, combi-oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. There are two bedrooms, one of which connects openly to the living room, and two bathrooms with showers. All beds are made upon arrival, and towels are provided.
