This 4+2 person villa has been completely renovated in early 2024 and redecorated based on a plan by a professional interior designer. The villa features warm (sand) colors and very luxurious and comfortable furniture. Upon entering, you immediately feel at home.

The villa offers plenty of living space: a large living room and a spacious kitchen. Both 2-person bedrooms have their own TV and private bathroom. To accommodate larger families/groups, there's a cozy 2-person box bed available.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped: an 8-person dining table, Nespresso machine + milk frother, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, full-size freezer, etc.

The living room features a very large reclining sofa, lounge chair, flat-screen TV, and Sonos sound equipment.

The very large hardwood terrace is directly accessible and can be reached from the living room. Part of the terrace is covered and equipped with heat lamps. The open part of the terrace is partially sheltered by glass walls, allowing enjoyment of the sun regardless of the wind direction.

The terrace furniture includes an 8-person dining table for outdoor dining. Additionally, the terrace has a 5-person (aluminum) lounge set and 2 full-size sun loungers.

The villa is ideally located: from the living room and terrace, you have a clear view over the Grevelingen Lake, while the rear bedroom overlooks the dunes. At the same time, the villa is situated by (the quiet side of) the inland lake. This makes the property ideal for families with children: they can easily access the beach to play, just bring a bucket and spade! You can also enjoy swimming in the inland lake.

With the view, the sound of water, and the birds, you'll immediately find tranquility in this spot!
