Schönes, altes Häuschen

Das Haus befindet sich in Laufnähe des Strandes auf einem großen, eingewachsenen Grundstück - im Vergleich zu den umliegenden Ferienparks wunderbar individuell und gemütlich. Die Einrichtung ist gut und zweckmäßig, die Zimmer relativ klein und sehr hellhörig, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Die Küche ist einfach gehalten aber bestens ausgestattet - es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ingesamt hat uns das unkomplizierte Konzept ausgesprochen gut gefallen, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief ebenfalls reibungslos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Kleines feines Refugium mit langer (Familien-)Geschichte am Rande von Ouddorp- eine ruhige Oase (2000qm Garten mit Schaukel, Schuppen, Sitzmöglichkeiten) umgeben von Ferienparks (Landal, Ridderstee,…) 1km bis zum Strand, versorgen kann man sich prima „by Marc“ (Restaurant, Eisdiele, Spar-Markt, Fahrradverleih, Dünenspielplatz - ca.600m). Wir haben uns (zu dritt mit Kleinkind) sofort wohlgefühlt. Kleine praktische Küche, Ess-/Wohnzimmer mit sonniger Terrasse, neue (Regen-) Dusche, Waschmaschine. Sehr!!! steile Treppe ins OG mit 4 SZ, gute Matratzen. Vielen Dank!

Een heel sfeervol huisje, klein maar slim ingericht en veel meer bergruimte dan je op het eerste gezicht zou denken. En heel comfortabel, goede bedden, lekker warm en alle huishoudelijke apparatuur die je je kunt wensen. Heel veel privacy, heel fijne grote tuin en een omgeving waar je heel veel leuke dingen kunt doen, lekker buiten. Het allerbelangrijkste: superdicht bij het prachtige strand!

Vanaf maandag (15 juni) zoals ook op alle andere dagen om 7 ’s morgens gewekt door de beloofde bouwvakkers. Op ca 25 meter (foto’s en filmpjes ter illustratie in mijn bezit ) brak de hel los: vanaf de in aanbouw zijnde bungalows direct achter de tuin … gillende zaagmachines, knallende nietpistolen met bijbehorende ratelende compressoren, getimmer, gezaag. Voortdurende rondrijdende heftrucks met nog voortdurender irritante achteruitrijpiepjes. Door de zuidenwind waaide alle geuren, geluid en stofwolken over het huisje. Dieseldampen waaiden vanaf de weg vlak achter de schutting (afstand huis ca 10m) de tuin in. Ratelende drilboren. Snerpende circelzagen. Dezelfde forklifter reed voortdurend rondjes vanaf het park naar de voorkant om op het oude (nu omheinde) parkeerplaatsje materialen te halen of te brengen. Zware vrachtwagens over de stoffige, droge bouwplaats die dikke stofwolken de tuin in lieten waaien. Het huis in aanbouw aan de voorkant kreeg een dag lang van een bonkende betonpomp zijn nieuwe vloer. De hele dag radio 538 met boenkerdeboenk muziek met daardoor luid schreeuwende bouwvakkers (letterlijk te verstaan!). Dan denk je dat het om ca 4 wel afgelopen zal zijn. Nee hoor … tot 5 en vaak later. Een complete bouwkakafonie voor en achter en rondom het huis en de tuin. De volgende dag hetzelfde enz.

Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, Haus war gut vorbereitet (sauber, geheizt) Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet mit historischem Charme, ideal als individuelles Urlaubdomizil. Im Prinzip ist alles in Haus und Küche vorhanden, was man braucht. Großer Garten mit viel Platz, toll mit Kindern im Sommer. Strand und Einkaufsladen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr steile Treppe, für alte Menschen oder Menschen mit Behinderung nur bedingt geeignet.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Ouddorp in De Den. Lekker huisje met van alle gemakken voorzien. Jammer dat er naast een vakantiepark gebouwd gaat worden.
