Such amazing hotel, with totally different experience and atmosphere. You will find a nice unique decorating touches every corner in the this hotel. Local culture environment, clean, quite, i would definitely stay again and again. Special thanks to (Anne) & (George) at the (Daily) resturant ground floor, they treated me so special and made feel delightful 😊. Although the hotel is 3 stars but its way better than many 5 stars hotels.

Staff is very welcoming & polite. Even they give me some extra hours of stay the day of checkout as my flight was late in the evening. Will do the reservation again when visiting Dubai.

Great Staff

The hotel is beautiful and it is in a very prime location. Everything is close. The only issue was the room dining. I did not like the burger or the pizza, and I have notified the front desk, even though they wanted to refund. I did not take the refund because the service was great. Everything was amazing. The rooms are new, fresh. The pool is really beautiful.

This is a great hotel, which is only a 15 minute walk from the Dubai Mall. Everything about my room was great; very comfortable bed, spacious room, lots of storage, and a large shower. The staff are excellent and willing to answer any question. The food in the restaurant is also excellent. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Dubai.

Amazing stay. The only down side is the distance from everything since it is located at the end of the palm.

Very good and reliable place to stay

I love this hotel, it is my go to whenever I visit Dubai. The facilities are super modern and clean and it does not have the lingering smell of smoke and age that many of the hotels do. Amazing breakfast buffet with great service. I spent 9 nights stuff was very helpful I will definitely go back again

Great hotel, great staff and great location.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights only. Had some issues during check-in (they initially put me in a simpler room on the 6th floor. I complained and they moved me to a room similar to the one I saw in the pictures when I booked). Other than that, everything was great. It was an amazing experience ,very good location ,very hospitable staff,great breakfast. Room was clean and perfect. It is Walking distance to jbr beach ,marina mall,and DMCC metro station . I highly recommend this hotel

The property is in downtown and walking distance to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. The service is five star. You will not find this service in American or European hotels.
