"The rooms are good but their service is poor. Charging $700 per night, they don't even replenish the items in the room on daily basis - coffe pods, shampoo, other basic things. Reception staff does not speak or understand English which was very difficult to us to communicate"

"We had to stay one night in Ourzozate in our way to Marakech. Badr was the reception and he is nice and helpful in any ways. He did his best to make our stay great. The apartment is in great condition and a cafe next to it. We had dinner and breakfast over there. We enjoyed our meals."

"The property is huge as it is an entire apartment , and the beds are comfortable , with the spare bedding for winter. There is also the use of a shared washing maching and a great rooftop to look out from or hang washing.. The front desk is not 24/7 although im sure if you phoned someone would answer, ..."
