"We arrived in the evening and woke up to a beautiful view of the Dades Valley! The staff were very helpful and made our stay even better. So glad hubby picked Palm Dades!"

"Amzing porperty overlooking the valley and city below. In a quiet corner away from traffic, yet easy 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants, markets. Staff were so warm and welcoming - nothing was a hassle for them and they made us feel right at home. Dinner and breakfast were buffet style so there was a fair selection of foods to choose from. The room was snug and cosy, only issue was lack of wifi in there but that didn't ruin the stay since it works amazingly in most of the other shared spaces. Loved the library which was a cosy place to sit and chat and just enjoy the beautiful views and the pool was an added bonus to use after a long day in the sun. Mr Ali, Youssef and Mohamad were exceptional. Would highly recommend - it was one of the highlights of my trip."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. They genuinely cared about making sure every guest had a great experience. The hotel was spotless, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The team was attentive to our needs and responded quickly to any questions we had. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

The owner Ismail designed, engineered and built the property to a level of unbelievable specifications, unmatched creativity and supreme quality. He also gives tours, works the front desk and serves meals with kindness and care. The entire staff including his three brothers follow in his footsteps when it comes to delivery long impeccable and sophisticated, yet humble and embracing hospitality. Truly a rare treat for a family that has stayed in many of the most acclaimed properties in the world."
