"The studio is located next to the main house with a beautiful view of Santa Margherita and is just a short drive down the winding street to the center of town and the water. Parking is on the street, not guaranteed and rather limited. The photos show a sofa and describe one bedroom. The sofa is a pullout. The studio has a convenient kitchen with small fridge and cooktop.
