"Had an issue with my room where the air con had a slow drip. Spoke to the receptionist, who advised the maintenance was not available so if I wanted to change the room. Was happy to do so and actually gave me a better room than I had. Great customer service! The original room did look a bit run down whereas the new room looked new and well kitted out."

"Great location, reasonable price and right above a cool bar/town square area, but there were very limited facilities provided in the room. No soap, glasses or hairdryer etc, so make sure to bring your own! My main issue with the room (12) however was that there was a large gap in the ceiling that opened up to an attic area with velux windows built in. Initially this seemed like a cool design feature, until we were woken up at the crack of dawn by the sunlight beaming on to the bed. In my opinion, an addition of a complimentary eye mask and ear plugs would be very beneficial in the room!"

"The hotel is above and behind a restaurant where I enjoyed a good meal. Breakfast was excellent, my room was quiet and efficient. I was tired after a flight from the US and it was a great place to spend that first night in Europe. Parking was no problem since I was there from evening to before 9 am the next day."
