"I like this Hotel as all the rooms face the Ottawa river. However, the blocks of units are wood framed so if there is a noisy person tramping around upstairs . . . book a top floor unit if you can."

"A nice, basic motel. Comfy beds, several options for breakfast such as bagels, egg and sausages, english muffins, toast , peanut butter and jam. There is a place to sit by the water and watch sailboats, geese and swans. Good location, good check-in and friendly people."

"The place was very old. Clean bedding and new mattress cover and towels. The halls reeked from smoke so badly and any room I could walk into when they cleaned was the same. They offered to spray a room deodorizer but we all know that won’t do anything. Tried to find another hotel with rooms under $270 for a night but all were sold out so we stayed til dawn and left. Everything including suitcase was washed when we got home. There are no smoking signs everywhere but obviously they do not enforce...
