"Beautiful hotel! Great food, excellent service! Great drinks! Nice pools! The worst part was at night when we finally went back to the room it was full of mosquitoes! All night while we tried to sleep they were buzzing and biting! The bathroom was gorgeous but it had an open roof which night have been the entrance of the mosquitos to the room. When we finally woke up we noticed the pillow was full of blood, from biting mosquitos and from the ones we killed! "

"Miguel was very nice, polite, and knowledgeable about Santa Fe. The swimming pool was well maintained, the food prepared by the staff was delicious and the room and facilities were well maintained. I would stay at the property again when I visit Santa Fe de Antioquia in the future. "

"I never write a review but this hotel needed one. The place was not well managed. The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, and the soap in the shower did not work. The main problem is that I decided to take a weekend of rest at this place. Since we got there it had loud music the entire time, until 2:00am. We have three little kids and they couldn’t even fall asleep. After we complained at 11:00pm telling them the music is blasting and people are trying to sleep, they barely even turned it down. The food was good, but the rest of the environment was not family friendly mainly just a bar scene. Awful experience!!"

"What a beautiful hotel! We stayed for one night and the service was impeccable. It was super clean, very comfortably and my gosh, the view is just stunning. We stayed in the room with a terrace with a view of the mountains, so so pretty! It had a huge king size bed, AC and floor to ceiling windows that let you see the mountains and the sunrise. Pool was great as well but they also have two big jacuzzi’s. There weren’t many folks when we came and it felt like we had the place to ourselves !"
