"Property itself was great and spacious. The check-in instructions were a little confusing, but we were able to check in and check out without much trouble. The only problem was communicating if we needed anything - we ran out of body wash and we left a note on our door because staff would come by and collect garbage and old towels. "This was the best stay in my current Japan trip with my family and friends! With a group of 7, the space never felt small and had everything we needed for our stay. "Great location, clean room, lots of famous restaurants. Bathroom is a bit small but clean. not easy to use the washing machine and dryer. Refrigerator is not working well. However, I can see Dotonbori from my room and only 2 mins to walk to the place for the day tour bus stop. Staff are really kind. "
