Communication could have been improved as after stating our time of arrival which was earlier, it was assumed that we could check in sooner as we weren't then advised something to the effect of "Great, you cannot check in until xxpm but you may use the pool etc". "The deluxe room in the annex building was absolutely gorgeous! Very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The balcony was a highlight to sit and enjoy the coffee in the morning. The host was top notch and personally walked us to the room and explained all the important details while making us feel very welcome. Service was impeccable and I would highly recommend this bout hotel for tourists who wish to be in the heart of all the sightseeing activities."
