"My one night here became 3 nights. Judo is the most amazing person in Nagahama. He is very helpful and accommodating even though he was busy helping out with the festival. The property is well maintained, quaint and the area is very quiet at night. That’s when it turns magical. I highly recommend this guesthouse."

"A very Japanese style stay, this is an old place but well maintained, the view in front of the river is very pretty. Very close to walk to the Gifu Park. Staff was super friendly and very welcoming, I wasn’t able to use the onsen. I honestly would not have paid so much for staying there, the hotel smell is peculiar maybe like old place/ maybe was the wood."

"Staff was very helpful even though I speak English. The rooms were clean and a bit on the smaller side. Because I stayed longer than expected so I stayed in several rooms and they were all great! I thought that being beside the train station, there would be noise, but only when we opened the windows. "
